Il titolare del trattamento dei dati raccolti tramite l’app Draft2D è Studiocrave.

Per qualsiasi richiesta relativa a questa informativa o ai tuoi dati personali puoi scrivere a info@studiocrave.it.

The controller of the data collected through the Draft2D app is Studiocrave.

For any request regarding this notice or your personal data you can write to info@studiocrave.it.

Account (solo se decidi di crearne uno):

• nome, indirizzo email e identificativo dell’utente;
• la password, conservata solo in forma cifrata e mai in chiaro;
• se accedi con Google, l’identificativo del tuo account Google, il nome e l’email associati, necessari a collegare i due account;
• i token che tengono aperta la sessione sui tuoi dispositivi e, in caso di recupero password, un codice temporaneo di 6 cifre;
• le registrazioni degli export DXF associate all’account (data e identificativi casuali del progetto e della richiesta, mai il contenuto del disegno).

Statistiche d’uso anonime (solo dopo il tuo consenso):

• tramite Firebase Analytics di Google raccogliamo eventi d’uso, cioè quali schermate e funzioni vengono usate, insieme a un identificativo dell’installazione dell’app, al modello del dispositivo, alla versione del sistema operativo e alla lingua;
• non sono collegati al tuo account e servono solo a capire, in forma aggregata, come migliorare l’app;
• la raccolta parte solo se acconsenti e puoi revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni dell’app.

Segnalazioni di errore:

• tramite Firebase Crashlytics riceviamo i rapporti sui blocchi dell’app: tipo di errore, punto del codice in cui si è verificato, modello del dispositivo, versione del sistema operativo e versione dell’app.

Feedback (solo se ce lo invii tu dall’app):

• categoria e testo del messaggio, la tua email se la indichi o se sei autenticato, la versione dell’app, la piattaforma, la versione del sistema operativo, il modello del telefono e la lingua.

Non raccogliamo altri dati, non usiamo reti pubblicitarie, non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non prendiamo decisioni automatizzate che ti riguardano.

Account (only if you choose to create one):

• name, email address and user identifier;
• your password, stored only in hashed form and never in clear text;
• if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier and the name and email attached to it, needed to link the two accounts;
• the tokens that keep your session open on your devices and, for password recovery, a temporary 6-digit code;
• DXF export records linked to the account (date and random project and request identifiers, never the content of the drawing).

Anonymous usage statistics (only after your consent):

• through Google's Firebase Analytics we collect usage events, that is which screens and features are used, together with an app installation identifier, the device model, the operating system version and the language;
• they are not linked to your account and serve only to understand, in aggregate form, how to improve the app;
• collection starts only if you consent and you can withdraw that consent at any time in the app settings.

Crash reports:

• through Firebase Crashlytics we receive reports about app crashes: the type of error, where in the code it happened, the device model, the operating system version and the app version.

Feedback (only if you send it from the app):

• the category and text of your message, your email if you provide it or if you are signed in, the app version, the platform, the operating system version, the phone model and the language.

We collect no other data, we use no advertising networks, we do not sell your data and we make no automated decisions about you.

I rilievi, i disegni, le misure e i file DXF che produci con Draft2D non passano dai nostri server: restano sul telefono e sono soggetti solo alle tue azioni nell’app e alle impostazioni del dispositivo. Non possiamo leggerli, non li conserviamo e non possiamo cancellarli per te.

The surveys, drawings, measurements and DXF files you produce with Draft2D never pass through our servers: they stay on your phone and depend only on what you do in the app and on your device settings. We cannot read them, we do not store them and we cannot delete them for you.

• Account e sincronizzazione della licenza — per crearti l’account, autenticarti e gestire gli export DXF collegati. Base giuridica: esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR), cioè la fornitura del servizio che ci hai chiesto.
• Statistiche d’uso — per capire come viene usata l’app e decidere cosa migliorare. Base giuridica: il tuo consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocabile in qualsiasi momento.
• Segnalazioni di errore — per individuare e correggere i blocchi dell’app. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR) a mantenere l’app stabile e sicura.
• Feedback — per rispondere alla tua segnalazione e correggere il problema. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR) a trattare le richieste degli utenti.

• Account and licence sync — to create your account, authenticate you and manage the DXF exports linked to it. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), that is providing the service you asked for.
• Usage statistics — to understand how the app is used and decide what to improve. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Crash reports — to find and fix app crashes. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the app stable and secure.
• Feedback — to answer your report and fix the problem. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling user requests.

Le statistiche d’uso e le segnalazioni di errore sono trattate tramite Firebase, piattaforma di Google. I dati dell’account e i feedback sono conservati sui server che ospitano il servizio Draft2D, nell’Unione Europea.

Google agisce come responsabile del trattamento per conto di Studiocrave e può trattare i dati anche negli Stati Uniti. Il trasferimento avviene sulla base della decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione europea relativa al EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, a cui Google LLC aderisce, integrata dalle clausole contrattuali standard.

Usage statistics and crash reports are processed through Firebase, a Google platform. Account data and feedback are stored on the servers hosting the Draft2D service, in the European Union.

Google acts as a data processor on behalf of Studiocrave and may also process data in the United States. The transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC adheres, supplemented by standard contractual clauses.

• Dati dell’account: finché l’account esiste. Se lo elimini vengono cancellati subito dai sistemi attivi e le copie di backup sono sovrascritte entro 30 giorni.
• Token di sessione: al massimo 30 giorni, poi scadono; li cancelliamo comunque al logout e all’eliminazione dell’account.
• Codici di recupero password: 15 minuti, poi non sono più validi e vengono rimossi.
• Feedback: per il tempo necessario a gestire la segnalazione e comunque non oltre 24 mesi. I feedback collegati al tuo account o alla tua email sono cancellati insieme all’account.
• Statistiche d’uso: secondo i periodi standard di Google Analytics for Firebase, in genere fino a 14 mesi.
• Segnalazioni di errore: secondo i periodi standard di Firebase Crashlytics, in genere fino a 90 giorni.
• I tuoi rilievi: restano sul telefono finché non li cancelli tu.

• Account data: for as long as the account exists. If you delete it, the data is removed from live systems immediately and backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.
• Session tokens: 30 days at most, then they expire; we delete them anyway on logout and on account deletion.
• Password recovery codes: 15 minutes, after which they stop working and are removed.
• Feedback: for as long as needed to handle the report and in any case no longer than 24 months. Feedback linked to your account or your email is deleted together with the account.
• Usage statistics: according to Google Analytics for Firebase standard retention, typically up to 14 months.
• Crash reports: according to Firebase Crashlytics standard retention, typically up to 90 days.
• Your surveys: they stay on your phone until you delete them.

Puoi eliminare l’account in qualsiasi momento dall’app, da Account → Elimina account, oppure scrivendo dall’indirizzo con cui ti sei registrato a info@studiocrave.it.

You can delete your account at any time from the app, under Account → Delete account, or by writing from your registered address to info@studiocrave.it.

In base al Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento l’accesso ai tuoi dati personali, la loro rettifica o cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità dei dati e opporti al trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse. Dove il trattamento si basa sul consenso, puoi revocarlo in qualsiasi momento senza che ciò pregiudichi la liceità del trattamento svolto prima della revoca.

Per esercitare questi diritti scrivi a info@studiocrave.it: rispondiamo entro un mese. Per revocare il consenso alle statistiche d’uso puoi anche agire direttamente dalle impostazioni dell’app.

Hai inoltre diritto di proporre reclamo all’autorità di controllo competente, in Italia il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you can ask at any time to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise these rights write to info@studiocrave.it: we reply within one month. To withdraw consent to usage statistics you can also act directly in the app settings.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Le comunicazioni fra l’app e i nostri server viaggiano cifrate su HTTPS. Le password sono conservate solo come hash e i codici di recupero solo in forma cifrata. I tuoi rilievi restano sul telefono e sono protetti dalle misure di sicurezza del dispositivo, come il blocco schermo e la cifratura del sistema operativo.

Communication between the app and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as hashes and recovery codes only in hashed form. Your surveys stay on your phone and are protected by your device's own security measures, such as the screen lock and operating system encryption.

Draft2D non è rivolta a bambini e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori di 16 anni. Se ritieni che un minore ci abbia fornito dati personali, scrivi a info@studiocrave.it per chiederne la rimozione.

Draft2D is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from users under 16. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, write to info@studiocrave.it to ask for its removal.
