Elimina il tuo account Draft2D Delete your Draft2D account

È il modo più rapido: l’eliminazione viene eseguita subito.

1. Apri l’app Draft2D sul tuo telefono.
2. Vai alla sezione Account.
3. Tocca Elimina account.
4. Conferma l’operazione nella finestra di conferma.

Al termine vieni disconnesso da tutti i dispositivi e l’account non esiste più sui nostri server.

This is the quickest way: deletion runs immediately.

2. Go to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm in the confirmation dialog.

When it is done you are signed out on every device and the account no longer exists on our servers.

Se non hai più accesso all’app, scrivi a info@studiocrave.it con oggetto «Eliminazione account Draft2D».

La richiesta deve arrivare dall’indirizzo email con cui è registrato l’account: è così che verifichiamo che sia tua. Non chiediamo né vogliamo la tua password.

If you no longer have access to the app, write to info@studiocrave.it with the subject “Draft2D account deletion”.

The request must come from the email address the account is registered with: that is how we verify it is yours. We never ask for your password.

• L’account Draft2D e il suo identificativo.
• Il tuo nome e il tuo indirizzo email.
• La password (che conserviamo solo in forma cifrata).
• Il collegamento con il tuo account Google, se l’avevi usato per accedere.
• Tutti i token di accesso, su ogni dispositivo.
• Gli eventuali codici di recupero password ancora pendenti.
• Le registrazioni degli export DXF collegate all’account.
• I feedback inviati dal tuo account o con il tuo indirizzo email.

• Your Draft2D account and its identifier.
• Your name and email address.
• Your password (which we only ever store in hashed form).
• The link to your Google account, if you used it to sign in.
• Every access token, on every device.
• Any password recovery codes still pending.
• The DXF export records linked to the account.
• Feedback sent from your account or with your email address.

• I tuoi rilievi e disegni restano sul telefono. Non sono mai passati dai nostri server, quindi non possiamo eliminarli noi: per rimuoverli cancellali dall’app oppure disinstalla l’app.
• Le statistiche d’uso anonime raccolte tramite Firebase Analytics, se avevi dato il consenso. Non sono collegate all’account e non permettono di risalire a te, quindi restano nei dati aggregati.

• Your surveys and drawings stay on your phone. They never passed through our servers, so we cannot delete them for you: to remove them, delete them in the app or uninstall the app.
• Anonymous usage statistics collected through Firebase Analytics, if you had given consent. They are not linked to the account and cannot be traced back to you, so they remain in the aggregated data.

• Dall’app: la cancellazione è immediata, nel momento in cui confermi.
• Via email: ti confermiamo la ricezione della richiesta entro 7 giorni.
• In ogni caso i dati sono cancellati dai sistemi attivi entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta.
• Le copie di backup contenenti i dati vengono sovrascritte entro 30 giorni; fino ad allora restano inaccessibili per l’uso ordinario e servono solo al ripristino di emergenza.

• From the app: deletion happens immediately, the moment you confirm.
• By email: we confirm we received your request within 7 days.
• In all cases data is deleted from live systems within 30 days of the request.
• Backup copies containing the data are overwritten within 30 days; until then they are not used in ordinary operation and serve only for emergency restore.
